Prologis Palmer Lakes Logistics Center, located in Miami, FL, is South Florida’s first multistory warehouse, purpose-built for last-mile e-commerce logistics. The three-story facility spans approximately 1,000,000 gross square feet, including 150,000 square feet dedicated to logistics operations and 6,000 square feet of office space. The architectural fins facade features durable aluminum fins and Pac-Clad corrugated wall panels, covering 48,500 square feet of the building. Completed in 2022, this innovative structure represents a significant advancement in e-commerce infrastructure.
