Pier 66 is a transformative development located on a prime 22-acre waterfront site in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The project preserves the iconic Pier Top lounge tower while introducing a modern 10-story hotel with world-class amenities, including a signature restaurant, spa, meeting spaces, and a two-story pool deck.
The development also features luxury waterfront condominiums, 32,000 square feet of retail and office space, and a public marina promenade.

The design integrates architectural elements like Longboard aluminum composite panels, wood grain finish soffit panels, and trellis-wall cladding, covering 21,188 square feet of innovative materials.
