River Landing is a landmark mixed-use development in Miami, FL, combining modern retail, commercial, and residential spaces. The project spans seven stories, with 488,000 square feet dedicated to high-end retail and commercial space, including national retailers, and 142,000 square feet of Class A office space. Above this, two luxury multi-family residential towers rise above a 12-story, 2,344-space parking garage. Focusing on innovation and design, our firm contributed to the architectural facade and signage installation, covering 67,000 square feet with premium aluminum panels, enhancing the project’s modern aesthetic and functionality. Completed in 2020, River Landing stands as a key landmark in Miami’s urban evolution.
